THIS IS COTTON CANDY REIMAGINED
Bougie Fluff is the creation of Kim Otis, founder of KLO Events. In 2021, while designing an event, Kim wanted to book a cotton candy cart, but couldn’t find one that matched the style and aesthetic she was looking for. Inspired by her love of pink and all things bougie, she teamed up with her daughter, Taylor, and fast-forward two years later – Bougie Fluff was born. We’ve added a luxe and whimsical spin to a classic childhood treat. This is not carnival-style cotton candy.
