THIS IS COTTON CANDY REIMAGINED
Bougie Fluff® was created by Kim Otis, founder and creative director of KLO Events. In 2021, while designing an event, Kim searched for a cotton candy cart that matched her vision, but couldn’t find one. So, she decided to create it.
Together with her daughter, Taylor, Kim reimagined the nostalgic treat with an elevated, design-forward approach. Two years later, Bougie Fluff was born.
Today, we bring a little luxe and whimsy to celebrations, weddings and brand experiences throughout the Bay Area.

We service the San Francisco Bay Area and surrounding areas. Events outside our standard service area may be subject to additional travel fees.
A signed contract and a 50% non-refundable retainer are required to officially reserve your event date.
Yes, Bougie Fluff carries $2 million in general liability insurance and can provide a certificate of insurance (COI) upon request.
